This document protects the teachers themselves, and the families they serve. From caring for the students best interests, in summary, the Educators keep the students best interest in mind, and are responsible for the safety of the students physical and emotional well-being. The Educators also respect the diversity in their classrooms, and treat the students equitably with acceptance, dignity and respect. By doing this, the Educators are teaching effectively by forming strong relationships with the students in their classroom. Teachers never stop being teachers, they hold that role to the highest standard, on and off duty. Educators create a inclusive environment, and understand that every child is different, therefore they will all learn differently. Educators value parental involvement by knowing that they are their student’s first teacher, so keeping parents involved by communicating effectively is the key to having involved parents.  Last but not least, Teachers are always learning something new everyday, they are willing to learn, and always willing to teach others.
